Spring Dementia Friends Get Together

The Dementia Friendly Diocese Steering Group invites all parishes to come to our next online gathering to share the latest information and support which is available for our carers and loved ones with dementia.
Join us to prepare for Dementia Action Week next month and share ways in which we have developed valuable relationships from this work within our local communities, as we strive towards becoming a Dementia Friendly Diocese.
